This one-of-a-kind pot is wheel-thrown and altered. The larger bonsai pot measures 9"long, 8.5" wide. It is 2.5" tall in its outer dimensions.
It features different shades of purple glaze interacting with each other on the pot. See the up-close to appreciate fully. The pot was wheel thrown and then reshaped into an oval.
Slip (liquid clay) was applied to create a surface that enables the glaze to break over and create the interplay of purple glazes.
It is brand new and has the 'Little Pots by KK' chop on the bottom.
The pot includes a drain hole and wire holes. Mesh round will be included.
The bottom surface has been polished in a three-step process, with a 600 grit diamond pad as the final step, to ensure the feet are smooth and cause no scratches on wood surfaces.
