This one-of-a-kind "Facets" pot is wheel-thrown and altered. The larger bonsai pot measures 6.5"long, 6" wide. It is 2" tall in its outer dimensions.
It features different shades of blue and purple glaze interacting with each other on the pot. See the up-close to appreciate fully. The pot was wheel thrown and then reshaped into an oval. The pot was carved to create facets that enable the glaze to break over and create the interplay of blue and purple glazes. Please note that this pot has a small hairline crack where the outer walls were attached to the floor. This crack is superficial only. It does not affect use and is located inside the pot, where it will not be visible when in use. Because of the flaw, this pot has a 20% discount.
It is brand new and has the 'Little Pots by KK' chop on the bottom.
The pot includes a drain hole and wire holes. Mesh round will be included.
The bottom surface has been polished in a three-step process, with a 600 grit diamond pad as the final step, to ensure the feet are smooth and cause no scratches on wood surfaces.
