This one-of-a-kind hand-built ceramic bonsai pot in a dramatic, hand-carved crescent shape measures 10" wide, 11" long, and 11" tall on the high side in its outer dimensions. The opening on top measures 10" long. Perfect for your special bonsai, semi-cascade, etc. This is a fairly heavy, large pot at 9 pounds.
It features a hand-carved surface. The detail is enhanced using a dark oxide wash.
A beautiful contrast of unglazed brown clay and satin dark grey oxide.
The pot includes a drain hole. A mesh round will be included. This pot also has wire holes and small feet to hide your wiring. As seen in the photo, the wire lines and drain line are recessed (carved out).
The bottom surface has been polished in a three-step process, with a 600-grit diamond pad as the final step, to ensure the feet are smooth and cause no scratches on wood surfaces.
