This one-of-a-kind hand-built ceramic bonsai pot in a subtle, embossed shape measures slightly over 8" tall and 9" across in its outer dimensions. The opening on top front to back measures 11" long. The lowest rim is 3" tall.
It features an embossed surface. The texture comes from a cacao bean! The detail is enhanced using a dark oxide wash and glaze
A beautiful contrast of unglazed brown clay and satin dark grey oxide.
The pot includes a drain hole. A mesh round will be included. This pot also has wire holes and small feet to hide your wiring. As seen in the photo, the wire lines are recessed (carved out).
The bottom surface has been polished in a three-step process, with a 600-grit diamond pad as the final step, to ensure the feet are smooth and cause no scratches on wood surfaces.
